REFUND POLICY

At udyogaadharcertificate.com, we work to provide fast and dependable assistance for Udyog Aadhaar and Udyam-related services. We strive to deliver accurate processing, transparent communication, and timely updates for every application.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered only in cases where we fail to deliver the service from our end after a complete internal investigation.
A refund request must be submitted within 5 days of placing the order. Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your bank account within 7–10 working days, depending on your payment gateway or bank.

Non-Refundable Charges

Certain costs are non-refundable because they involve work already completed or payments made to third parties. These include:

  • Processing or service fees already earned

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Administrative or operational charges

  • Fees paid to government authorities

  • Costs paid to any third-party involved in your application

Important:

If a refund is processed, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + government or third-party charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Once a service request is submitted, cancellation may not be possible because our team begins working immediately.
If the customer requests to pause the process, we can hold the paid amount for up to 1 year from the payment date.

Right to Complete the Service

Before approving any refund, we may make every possible effort to complete the service.
If the customer still chooses to cancel, the above-mentioned 20% cancellation fee + earned fee + government/third-party charges will be deducted.

Ungovernable Factors

Government approvals, rejections, delays, portal issues, and verification backlogs are outside our control.
Any delay or response caused due to government systems is not eligible for a refund.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events such as natural disasters, pandemics, system failures, government restrictions, legal changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
